It may be just out from Brain Damage Films, but at least it doesn’t sound exactly like everything else in the Brain Damage catalog.

In the afterlife, betting on people’s death is a popular event. The Grim Reaper himself (a.k.a Bert) owns a booking business where the deceased can bet their luck on who’s kicking the can next on Earth. Business was going swimmingly until a bumble with the books leaves Bert in huge debt. To cover his tail, he resurrects three young hooligans (Sam, Ivan & Lucy, who were maliciously gunned down in a scuffle with some local thugs) to try to stack the odds by giving them a second chance to kill those who killed them. Needless to say, things don’t always go as planned; Which is the lesson learned by two innocent spectators (Sheba & Pongo) who get mixed up in Bert’s orgy of revenge and mayhem.

I didn’t say it sounds better. Just different.
